🧾 1. Scope and applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all sales and deliveries from Tekimex ApS to business customers (B2B) in Denmark and the rest of Europe.
Tekimex ApS sells exclusively to business customers. Therefore, consumer purchase regulations (B2C) do not apply, and rights such as withdrawal and access to consumer complaint boards are not available.

💳 3. Payment
3.1 Invoice payment
- We offer payment by invoice with 8 days credit.
- The invoice is issued upon dispatch or installation of the order.
- In case of late payment, interest will be charged according to the Danish Interest Act, as well as any reminder fees.
3.2 Credit card
- We accept MasterCard and VISA.
- No card fees are charged.
- The amount is reserved upon ordering and only charged upon dispatch or installation.
🚚 4. Delivery and shipping
- Delivery is made by external freight companies.
- Shipping costs are added to the price of the goods and depend on the product type and delivery destination.
- The estimated delivery time will be stated but is not binding.
- The customer will receive tracking information by email and/or phone once the shipment has been dispatched.
↩️ 5. Returns
Returns can only be made by prior agreement with Tekimex ApS and do not apply to customized products (see section 6).
The customer pays for return shipping and bears the risk during transport.

Returns are only accepted if sent directly to the address. Personal delivery is possible by prior arrangement.
🚫 6. Exceptions – customized products
There is no right of return for goods manufactured to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized – e.g. products adapted to a specific vehicle.
🔧 7. Complaints
The buyer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
In the event of defects, Tekimex ApS reserves the right to remedy them by repair or replacement – at its own discretion.
Complaints must be made in writing and documented no later than 8 days after receipt.
Returns in complaint cases are at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed. In the case of a justified complaint, reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed. The item must be returned in suitable packaging.
A description of the defect must be enclosed with the return.
⚖️ 8. Limitation of liability
Tekimex ApS is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or consequential damages. Force majeure releases Tekimex ApS from liability in case of delays or non-performance.
Tekimex ApS reserves the right for possible price errors or incorrect information on the webshop.
🏛️ 9. Governing law and jurisdiction
All agreements are subject to Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by the Court in Glostrup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
🔐 10. Privacy policy (GDPR)
The following data is collected upon purchase: Company name, address, contact person, phone number, and email.
Data is only disclosed to the extent necessary for delivery and is treated confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries with adequate data protection.
Data controller: Tekimex ApS. Data is stored for 5 years and then deleted.

✅ 11. Conclusion of agreement
By placing an order, the customer confirms being a business purchaser and accepting these terms.
